I don't know what the German sentence says, but this sentence just sounds weird. No Lithuanian would ever say a sentence like this, unless there's some heavy context I'm missing here.

The German is a sentence asking someone on the street for the time.
"Excuse me, how late is it?" would be the most literate English translation of it.

Then the sentence should be "Atsiprašau, kiek dabar laiko?"
