"I believe it's totally understandable to native Japanese speakers", but I don't really care if an example sounds natural to most native speakers. If it seems a possible expression to me it's OK with me.
This is from texting between a friend of mine and me. I don't think か。 is so common, but I believe it's totally understandable to native Japanese speakers.
「に」というのは現代では移動、動作の行き着く場所を表す場合に使われ、動作の行われる場所を表す使い方はかなり古風に感じられます。
「可笑しい」は形容動詞ではありません。
I hope not. と「降らないと思う」というのは対応するのでしょうか？
私であれば「出来ることなら、あなたに月をあげるのだけど。」とします。
「大き過ぎる」「高過ぎる」「狭過ぎる」のように「形容詞の語幹＋過ぎる」というように使います。
私は散髪に出かけた。その機会を利用して難波に向かうことにして、今はその途中。Ｔシャツで電車に乗るのは久しぶりなんだけど、（普段より薄着なせいで、冷房の効いた）電車の中は我慢が出来ないほど寒い。

「中」は「勉強中」「仕事中」の「ちゅう」で、「～している途中」という意味です。このように動詞の連用形（由来の名詞？）の後に付けるのは、近年の用法であろうと思います。

「かなわん」は「かなわぬ」の撥音便で、特に大阪弁ということもないかと思います。
この文で「別に」は「相手の予想に反して事実は」というような意味で英語の actually のような役割で使っています。この使い方は誤用かもしれませんが現在では別に全然珍しくないと思います。
