"Make book on" is a rather unusual expression to use. It also seems unnecessarily cumbersome when "definitely" does the job just fine in delivering the confidence expressed by the term 「金輪際」.

Are there special nuances to the term 「金輪際」that requires the "I'd bet on it" level of confidence to properly translate?
