En galego non existe a primeira interrogante, e "esta" non leva tilde, sería : "Esta a túa escola neste pobo?"

Perdón, pero creo que non é axeitado o uso de "pobo" neste contexto.

Sería máis indicado utilizar o termo vila ou aldea, dependendo das súas dimensións (unha vila é máis grande cá aldea pero máis pequena cá cidade).

Tes razón, pero quizais fora mellor usar o termo "cidade" por seguir coa nomenglatura que estan a usar os outros idiomas.
Teria q ser gazafello o que cambiase isto, xa que a sentenza é del.

En galego normativo é válido, e por tanto si que existe a primeira interrogante.

É igual de válido poñéla que non poñéla.
