Okulun?
My school.
Shouldn't that be "okulum"?
What about "Okulumda bir grup var"?
In fact "my" is sufficient. In spoken Turkish it can be used, but in written Turkish it should be "okulumun". Thanks.
If you say "okulumda", the band may not belong to your school. That band may have come from somewhere else. I mean you say:
There is a band in my school.
Hmmm... But doesn't "benimde bir araba var" mean that I actually have a car, that it is mine?
If you say: I have/have got a car: Bir arabaya sahibim/bir arabam var.
If you say: There is a car in/on the street: Sokakta bir araba var. But you can't say "sokakta bir arabam var"
If you say: I have got a car in the street: Sokakta bir arabam var.
