I don't know what this is trying to say.
1) Is the speaker an employer asking the employees to speak up if they want to take some days off?
2) Does the speaker want to know if he should go to a third party to ask if he can request any days that the third party isn't going to use?
For the first (a few possible options) -
Does anyone need to ask me for days off from the 9th of January to the 5th of February?
Does anyone need to ask me for days off from January 9th to February 5th?
If anyone wants to request days off from January 9th to February 5th, speak up now.
If anyone wants to take off some days between January 9th up to February 5th, now's the time to let me know.
For the second -
Does anyone need me to ask them if they have dates available anytime between the 9th of January and the 5th of February?
The sentence as it is now doesn't work. Feel free to use any of the ones I just wrote, or to add them yourself if they're not already on the database.
