What about "isto"?
It's missing in your sentence.

The suffix -nı gives the exact meaning to the sentence.
But if you want to emphasis (te word: ıts)), you can add:
(Onun ) to the sentence.
Onun nasıl kullanılacağını bilmiyorum.
