the English translation is "still not" which is stronger than "not yet"

=> after a month, he is not yet accustomed to city life.
=> 10 years later, he is still not accustomed to it

My feeling is that "ankoraŭ ne" matches "not yet", but not "still not"
how to express this gradation in esperanto?

Mi tradukis el la ĉina, tie 还没有 signifas "ankoraŭ ne" kaj estas sufiĉe neŭtrala. Mi ne plu rememoras la plej fortan version en la ĉina, sed ankaŭ ekzistas io vortigo...

Kaj en Esperanto, hmm... mi ne povas pensi al io pli taŭga. Eble oni povus enmeti "eĉ" tie: "Li eĉ ankoraŭ ne alkutimiĝis..."
Ah, aŭ: "Li daŭre (ankoraŭ) ne..." — tion mi ofte aŭdis, se temas pri surprize longa tempo.

Bona ekzemplo, kie oni sentas la malsamon:
"Ĉu vi ankoraŭ ĉeestas?" (post 10 minutoj)
"Ĉu vi daŭre ĉeestas?" (post 5 horoj)

Anstataŭ daŭre > ankoraŭ.
