"médical" corrigé.

The English sentence is linked to the Japanese; however, it does say more or less the same as the French sentence.

The English phrase doesn't specifically refer to medical treatment, but just treatment. It could be torture, actually...

In this case, it would translate in French into "Il se plaint toujours de mauvais traitements" (plural would then be employed)
