arayacağım=call for? "If you call for someone, you go to the building where they are, so that you can both go somewhere."

That's not the only meaning it has, apparently.
Now the question is whether it's the only meaning that's plausible in this particular case, and I'm not competent enough to answer it but neither are you. What do natives think?

I think here "to call for" means something like "I'll want you to come here at three."

So my translation would be "Seni üçte çağıracağım."
