Do you think しゃべりたい match the English?
Isn't it better 叫びたい for that?
To me, 大声でしゃる doesn't match "cry out loud."
Yes, 叫びたい would be much better. We have 16 sentences using the 大声で叫ぶ expression.
The question now, is which of the following do we do.
* delete this one (Suggested if it's not natural-sounding or likely to be used.)
* unlink this one (Suggested if it's felt that this is a good sentence.)
* edit this one. (Since we already have a good match for the English, I would suggest not doing this)
I don't think 大声でしゃべりたい衝動にかられた is likely used.
Could "cry out loud" also mean 泣き叫ぶ?
If so, 泣き叫びたい衝動に駆られた could be as a translation.

I'd be happy if it were deleted.
To me "泣き叫ぶ: seems a bit more like a baby screaming rather than someone crying out loud.
