Hi alanood,
I believe your current Arabic variant means "Give me a chance". If I'm not mistaken, "أعطني فرصة!" is not the accurate translation here, as "Give me a break" is a bit different: it usually means "Leave me alone, will you?" or something similar.

By the way, I've noticed that the Turkish variant is exactly the same. I don't know if "Give me a chance" in Turkish also means "Leave me alone, will you?" - I believe it doesn't.
But I know that "Give me a break" can also mean what you wrote (and what the Turkish variant says). So, maybe we shouldn't make any changes here - I leave it up to you to decide.

Actually, here it has an exclamation mark, so it should be emphatic and probably means what I wrote above (rather than "give me a chance").

Hi Eldad,
I think it is fine to leave it because the Arabic and the Turkish variants have the same meaning. On the other hand, you are right about the exclamatory sentence "Give me a break!". If I were to translate it into Arabic then it will be something like "انصرف عني" meaning "Leave me alone".
I'm not sure if I can link the Arabic variant to the Turkish and add another translation to the English variant?

done :) thanks!

Excellent! :)
