English and French don't match.
Which tag do you propose in such a situation for the next time?

@translation check, I suppose.

What does the French mean if you 'back-translate' it into English?

French --> "I'm taking a week off." or (more literally) "I'm resting for a week."

I changed the french translation considering the japanese sentence as the origin. The english translation should be modified to something like "I took a week off." or "I rested for a week long" imo.
