Well, of course you could say that somebody has "einen Jagdschein" in the sense of "a game licence", but in the context of the warning expressed in my sentence I daresay most
native speakers would interpret it as intended by me :)
Maybe your sentence should be kept, it might be useful in combination with this discussion.
