"Viagra" is a proper name.
IMHO it's a genericized trademark and it can be spelled with a small letter too:

In this context, what's in the quotes needn't be a word at all, since it's what the user is searching for. What they're trying to find, though, is probably either "Viagra" or "Herbal viagra". I've unadopted the sentence for those who have strong opinions.
"in Wikipedia" or "on Wikipedia"?
I guess that depends on whether one thinks of Wikipedia as a book or a website.
