however the English "can you walk?" expects neither yes or no.
To expect the negative, the English would be, "You can't walk, can you?"
I've added what I think the meaning is; as you can see the meanings of the two available translations are opposite.
@jimkillock, for the reasons already stated somewhere else, I'll leave this as it is.
