Can we change 頭脳 to 頭痛 so that the sentence can be relinked to #268455?

ただ、今、イタリア語がリンクされていて、なおかつ英語が既にunlinkされてしまっているので、すぐさま日本語を変更して英語をリンクするわけにはいかなさそうですね。

せめて英語がunlinkされる時に(unlinkしようとしている方から)ご相談があったらよかったように私は思いますが、まぁ、それぞれの考え方があると思いますので、何とも言えません。

The solution would be to add a revised Japanese sentence and link #268455 to it.

Unlinking a sentence doesn't automatically remove it from the sentence pairs. I've unlinked it there now (the change will take effect after next Sunday's download.)
