I believe かわく in 喉がかわく is 渇く, not 乾く.
If you also think so I would like to change all the following sentences. If you would have different thinking I'll add new translations. Thank you.

[#111591] 彼はとても喉が乾いていたので水をくれといった。
[#140575] 早くビールを持って来い、のどが乾いているんだ。

Certainly, 喉が渇く is the more "correct" form, although Japanese people often write 喉が乾く instead (about 15% of the time.) Feel free to change those sentences to the more normal form.

For [#159289} I'm very thirsty.:
- [#159289] とても喉が渇いています。
- [#10200102] 喉がカラカラだよ。

For [#292092] He was very thirsty and asked for some water.:
- [#111591] 彼は、とても喉が渇いてるから水をくれと言った。
- [#10200088] すごい喉が渇いてるから、水をくれって言ってたよ。

For [#273998] Make with the beers, I'm thirsty!:
- [#140575] 早くビール持って来いよ。喉が渇いてるんだ。
- [#10200090] 喉が渇いてるから、ビール持ってきて!

For [#173827] Feel free to get yourself a drink if you are thirsty.:
