Should I just unlink the English or will you add a translation for the Japanese?
I've added a new translation."Qualifications" is OK but it might confuse some people.

I've unlinked [#253045] and added a new translation [#10362021] 一定の条件付きで、彼の提案に賛成します。for it. I feel using 賛成する would match "to support someone's proposal" in the present tense.
