今日は、もうだるくてしょうがない。
eng
I've had it for today. I'm too tired.
Somehow this doesn't seem like a good match to me.
However, nothing natural-sounding in English pops into my mind.
Can you think of something better?
This probably isn't a really good match, but this sentence sort of has this meaning, doesn't it?
I'm just too tired to do anything today.

I'm too tired to do anything else today.

Either of those seem better. They match the 怠い more clearly. It's an important sentence as it's used as an example for one sense of しょうがない.
