I think #173520 sounds like a half-finished sentence. So I would suggest the following changes.

However, currently, #173520 seems to match the English sentence, and this pair seems to originate from the Tanaka corpus.

We would have to change both sentences of course. Perhaps either @JimBreen or CK would be willing to adjust the English sentence to one of your suggestions. Yes, it should be changed. I like both of small_snow's suggestions; can we select one? The first? The sentence is valuable as it contains the expression 愛想を尽かす, which is nowhere else in Tatoeba.

To make things simple, I've just gone ahead and put Koyuki's first sentence in. She can now adopt it. Would you be so kind as to change the English sentence? I hope I haven't been too daring. 🙂
