
The comma between "us" and "language lovers" seems superfluous.

I'm not sure.
I know that for the usual English speaker, this comma indeed might seem unnecessary. I would like to know if this is really unnecessary, according to purists, for instance.

I'd like to hear some other colleagues' opinion about the (seemingly superfluous) comma.
