Das "und" kann man hopps gehen lassen: Es ist schön warm.

Kann man, mache ich aber nicht. Wenn das Wetter schön ist, muss es nicht gleichzeitig warm sein. Denke mal an sonnige Februartage, bbbrrrr!

Dann kann der englische mit dem deutschen Satz eigentlich nicht weiter verbunden sein. Eine Frage der Idiomatik, you know.
