Wouldn't it be nice to think of a marker showing when the Japanese sentence is humble or honorific speech, since English doesn't really have the distinction Japanese has. Like in this one, you can say that to your superior, but it is unlikely to say it to a friend, whereas in English its OK in any situation. I guess it could be a good idea to (if possible) implement it in Japanese recognition. For example after entering a Japanese sentence there could be a dialog box with the different options available so people can easily select the degree of politeness of the Japanese sentence.
