I'm not really sure if native speakers would ever use this sentence, but if it were correctly used, the implied subject cannot be "you" since いただく is a 謙譲語. It should mean "Why don't we ...?".

If the subject is "you", you should use a 尊敬語 and say 召し上がりませんか. I'd rather say お茶もう1杯いかがですか? ([#3363972]).

However, more and more people seem to be using いただく as a mere 丁寧語. There must be already some people who consider it's a correct translation.
