Could someone tell me whether the trainer is female and must think of her own health? Or is the trainer male and must think of a female trainee's health. The distinction is important for the Esperanto translation. (The English sentence is ambiguous).

The trainer is either male or female. "The trainer should think of her (the athlete's) health."
