誰が10歳のときに誰が亡くなったんですか？
どちらともディックが主語なら、ふつう「10歳で」と言いませんか？

「ディックが１０歳の時に亡くなりました」なら「誰が？」となりますが、この場合は「ディックは」となってるので誰が亡くなったかというのは明白なのでは？

「１０歳で」という言い方が一般的かもしれませんが、年齢を強調したい時などは「※歳の時に」という言い方もしませんか？
