You might want to add "Only" at the beginning of your sentence, since the german one reads "Nur wenige..." => "Only few...".

I think this would benefit from another native opinion, but for me this would read better as "Only a few..." or "Few...". "Only few" seems grammatically wrong (at least, to my ears).
I agree with FeuDRenais. "Only few" is wrong. You could put "Only a few", "Very few", just "Few", or even "Almost no" (to make it match the Japanese more exactly).

But now I would argue that 很少 in Mandarin is not a good match for "almost no" in English :-), which I would translate as 几乎没有.
I'm not going to nitpick, though.
