I don't know Swedish, but I suspect there is a mistake in this translation since it is an odd thing to say. I would translate it to English as "Everyone laughs at his mistake-maker".

If the linked English sentence #4054979 is what this sentence is supposed to convey, then it should be something like "ro prenu mi'afra lo prenu poi srera."
