It must be a mere detail, but I find the word order a little bit unnatural like that. 'Je ne parle du tout français.'
Personnellement, j'utiliserais les deux formules, si je n'étais pas francophone, bien entendu :
« pas du tout français » me semble plus usuel, plus neutre, disons !
« pas français du tout » (notamment à l'oral) me semble marqué d'un accent d'insistance un peu équivalent à « pas un traître mot de français ».
