This sentence isn't natural Japanese, it's a forced translation from the English phrase. If you're learning Japanese, don't use it in conversation as it might be misunderstood.

And this is not really a literal translation, by the way. A truly literal translation would be 私ハアナタニ感謝スル言葉ヲ持ッテイマセン. That would be of course painfully unnatural.
