1) is the question whether she cannot swimm WELL, or if she cannot swim AT ALL ?
2) Is it an affirmation followed by a request for confirmation ("can she?") or is it a true question ?
Because French and English don't match on these 2 points...

The Japanese has "can't swim well" not just "can't swim".
