Thanks, CK, I think you know full-well that I'm familiar with the policies. I don't think the original was correct. I may be wrong, but rather than add it to the backlog of @TCs and @NNCs I figured I'd just fix it and move on. If you think the other is fine, then please add it to the Japanese. That's less work than changing this one back and adding the current version.
