I think my translation is correct. What do you mean with "No news is good news"? Please let me know.

"No news is good news." means if you don't hear from somebody (such as a family member), you can assume that everything is all right with them.

"Herhangi bir haber olmaması iyi bir haber." — now this translation is correct! "Absence of any news [is] good news."
