"In our team" is not authentic American English. We say, "Who have you got on your team?" "Is he on that team?" "They've got great hitters on their team." "He got kicked off the team." "She's off the team."
This is weird. Could you please release this sentence?
Instead of on, I think for would be much more natural sounding.
