Is he married now, was he once married in the past, or can it be both? When I read this one, I tend to see a woman very disappointed at the lying, cheating SOB...

For the sense in which nueby has interpreted this, it might be clearer if the sentence reads like this:

You never told me that you're married.

(In other words, the fellow is currently married but has begun an illicit affair with another person.)

However, this can also have a more innocent meaning:

Tom and Mary were dating for years but lost touch with their friend John. On learning their new phone number, John immediately calls them and is delighted to learn that the couple has finally married.

@danepo, how inflexible are those rules in Danish? I have yet to find a single language where this sentence would not be ambiguous.
