The linked sentence "May I watch television tonight?" is more natural, and still matches up with the French and Spanish. "Can I watch the TV tonight?" would also work. While the given sentence is a literal translation, certainly, it's not idiomatic. We wouldn't use the verb "to see" in this context, and "this night" is very literary and archaic.
