>What time?

This is an incomplete sentence.
There isn't really enough context to properly translate this, I think.
Of course, if could be used in a conversation following sentences like the following.

[#961663] Let's meet on Tuesday. (Eevee) *audio*
[#61861] Let's meet here again tomorrow. (CK) *audio*
[#238478] Let's meet in front of the theater. (CK) *audio*
[#424861] Let's meet this afternoon. (FeuDRenais)

It could, of course, be used with different verbs. It could perhaps also be used referring to times in the past.

Even then, perhaps we'd more likely say "At what time?"

Should we delete this one?
I wonder if the linked translations are considered sentences.
(The Japanese is a sentence asking what time the speaker should come.)
