I think it depends on context - the Japanese seems to mean "I think it is possible", whereas the English could mean that if it is an answer to the question "Is it possible".
I don't know French or German though, so I don't know which one would be better to change - the Japanese or the English. The French one says "...possible" which could mean it is possible, but let's see if someone French/German-speaking could help here.
Killer4o: In the case many many sentences are linked together, it is not advisable to change a sentence any more but to create a new sentence and change the links.
