I don't know about the japanese sentence either, but I confirm that the english sentence is correct.

I do not understand the grammatical form or meaning of this sentence and I'm not sure about the correctness.
Who can help me? I want to translate. Bye!

The English is fine.

"I am to..." = "I have to..." = "I am supposed to..."
