"The rain is raining all around." is from a poem by Robert Louis Stevenson, published in 1905: https://www.gutenberg.org/cache...ages.html#RAIN
RAIN
The rain is raining all around,
It falls on field and tree,
It rains on the umbrellas here,
And on the ships at sea.
I think it would be best to change it back from "The rain is falling all around."
