This English sounds unnatural. We "take care of our health", certainly, but I don't know what "be careful of our health" means. Does it mean the person is sick already? Is most likely going to get sick? Is going to get sick if not careful?

@orcrist. It's a perfectly good sentence, although my Canadian friend says it sounds a bit British. "To be careful of your health", means that your health should always be a consideration when making lifestyle choices. Here's an example from The Monthly Review -Google Books results:

I adopted the sentence.
