Translations of it are normal sentences.
Is an idiomatic expression in most languages. Shouldn't be deleted IMHO.
Could simply be tagged 'literal translation' if it's - surprisingly - not natural in English. Surprisingly because it's so extremely common.
"Over my dead body", at least as a response, is a perfectly valid sentence.
