What if the difference between "He's angry at about his mischief." and "He's angry at his mischief." ?

He's not angry at his own mischief. For example, Tom is angry at John's mischief.

It's true however that it's much simpler if we assume a 私は instead of a 彼は.

However we can't do that because it uses 尊敬語 as Tommy pointed out. I added "Mr. Suzuki" at the beginning to remove any confusion.
