You cannot translate sentences because you did not add any language in your profile.
Can it be in reality: present continuous + always?
"You can use Present Progressive instead of Present Simple to indicate annoying habits."
This basically adds emotion to the sentence. The speaker is annoyed at whoever is the one finding fault.
That said, maybe "...always finding fault with something" would be better, what do natives think?
