"Le" it's not quite right there because we don't know where she poured the water in.
Also it's "echó", not "hechó".
In my opinion this should be either "Ella echó el agua" or "Ella virtió el agua".
"Poured the water" = "echó el agua"
"Poured in the water" = "le echó el agua" as by saying "in" you imply knowledge of WHERE she put the water.
