This could be a headline. I think both sentences are OK.

Shouldn't headlines be fully capitalised? I think it would make more sense for the sentence to be "Dozens Die in London Train Crash."

I personally think headlines should not be part of the Tatoeba Project which has the stated goal of collecting sentences.
