Yes, Pfirsichbaeumchen. The English term "used to" means the same thing as the adverbs "usually", "customarily", or "habitually."

He usually got up early. vs. He used to get up early.

The difference is that with "used to", the implication is that he does not get up early anymore. The former doesn't have that implication.
