Some translations are in tens instead of dozens. I know the meaning is similar, but it can be confusing if somebody gets the idea that "decena" is the Spanish word for dozen, when it in fact is "docena".

I think the English and Japanese match close enough.

A number of dozens (not an exact number) and a number of tens (not an exact number) is OK, I think, resulting in natural-sounding phrases in both languages.
