「どこが痛いの？」は、痛いところがあるって分かっている時
- 「母さん、足が痛くてもう歩けないよ」「困った子ね。（足の）どこが痛いの？」

「どこか痛いの？」は、痛いところがあるかないか分からない時
- 「どうして泣いてるの？どこか痛いの？」「お腹が痛いよ」
